Prof. Dr. Sonay GÖKTAŞ
She was born on February 17, 1973 in Giresun Şebinkarahisar. She completed his primary and secondary education in Şebinkarahisar. She graduated from Kızılay Private Nursing High School in 1991 and from Istanbul University Florence Nightingale School of Nursing in 1997.
She worked at Gaziantep and Capa Kızılay Blood Center between 1991-1995 and at Kızılay Private Nursing High School between 1995-2004.
She completed her "Master's" education in 2001 and her "PhD" in 2008 at Marmara University Health Sciences Institute, Department of Surgical Diseases Nursing.
She worked as Nursing Services Manager at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine Foundation Academic Hospital between 2005 and 2013, and as "Assistant Professor" at Maltepe University and Medipol University in 2013-2017. She received the title of "Associate Professor" in Surgical Diseases Nursing in 2017 and "Professor" in 2022.
She was appointed to the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Health Sciences on July 4, 2017.
She has publications, papers and chapters in books in international and national refereed journals in the field of breast cancer and first aid.
