Prof.Dr. Mithat AKAN

After completing my medical education at AU medical school, I got my Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery specialization from Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. Later, I worked as a specialist and chief assistant at Kartal Training and Research Hospital until 2005. I received the title of Associate Professor in 2005 and worked as assistant clinical chief at Kartal Training and Research Hospital between 2005 and 2010. With the exam held in 2010, I was appointed as the chief of the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery clinic of Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. After working as a clinical chief for about three years, I started to work as a Professor in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetics at Medipol University in 2013. As of January 2016, I started accepting patients in my practice.
